Thank you for purchasing and ultimately donation to an incredible cause. You said yes to what excited you and to help the world! That means you are a remarkable person! We hope you are happy with your purchase. Sometimes we have buyers remorse and here in our Return Policy we will explain what can and cannot be returned and/or refunded.
All returns must be postmarked within (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer support at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirsty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed by YesWild.
Since purchases and donations included within campaigns are meant to support charities, the following items cannot be returned or refunded
– Campaign entries
– Campaign sports equipment (gear)
Note that some campaign gear has been used by the athlete and will not be sent in used condition.
For campaign gear that is in new condition, but is defective or damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange.
